Opened
in August 1995; managed and operated by the Hirano-ku Community Association
The Plaza combines a local citizens' center, the focal point for a wide
range of community activities and a storage and protection facility for
the archaeological cultural assets unearthed in Osaka City. Outwardly,
the building retains the appearance of a traditional dwelling of the old
days of the Hirano-go settlement.
Stamp Station : at the office between 09:30 and 17:00; closed on Mondays,
the day after public holidays, and the New Year's holiday.
