- - By Osaka Municipal Subway
- Get off at Kishinosato Station (Osaka Municipal Subway Yotsubashi Line) and walk a few minutes along National Route 26 from Exit 2 of the station.
- - By Osaka Municipal Bus
- Get on bus number 47 that runs between Abenobashi and Chikatetsu Suminoe-koen, and get off at Chikatetsu Kishinosato bus stop. The ward office is just in front of the bus stop.
Get on the Aka Bus (Red Bus) that runs along either the Nishinari West Loop or East Loop and get off at Chikatetsu Kishinosato bus stop. The ward office is just in front of the bus stop.
- - Get off at Tengachaya Station (Nankai Railway or Osaka Municipal Subway
- Sakaisuji Line) and walk 50 meters west and then 200 meters south from the station.
