Osaka City Community Promotion Association is a citizens' association
designed to promote communication among neighbors and mutual
help in times of need, thus allowing residents to participate
in the community with a sense of belonging. Most households
in the city are members of the association.
The membership is basically optional, but it can make daily life
easier, as you can obtain much information on everyday life and
administrative services. The association circulates ward bulletins
and organizes diverse local events ranging from bon-odori festivals
to athletic meetings.
