Staff can respond to a wide range of inquiries in regard to renting, leasing
or purchasing residential property, the management of condominiums,
and policy on housing in Osaka
City.
Inquiries can be made
in person or over the phone.
*Inquiries can also be made in English, Chinese, and Korean until 5:00
p.m.

General consultation staff will take down a description of your inquiry
before making a reservation. These consultations are available for
persons living or working in Osaka

Consultation on legal matters relating to housing, such as land,
building, leased premises, rental property, and inheritance. (consultation held with a lawyer)

Consultation on financial planning in order to purchase a home or repay a mortgage. (consultation held with a financial planner)

Consultation regarding building or renovating your home, renovation
planning and designing, problems relating to construction work, laws and
regulations relating to architecture and construction, and technical
issues relating to housing. (consultation held with an architect)

Consultation on condominiums
(Management in general) Usually once a week on Thursdays 14:00–18:00 (consultation held with a legal licensed condominium manager)
(Legal matters) Usually once a month on Sundays 13:00–16:00 (consultation held with a lawyer)
Consultation on matters relating to condominium complexes subdivided for
individual ownership, including condominium management bodies, management
regulations, and long-term planning for repair.

Dispatching of advisors
An expert can be dispatched to lecture at gatherings such as meetings
hosted by condominium management bodies to offer advice and basic
information necessary for the renovation and repair of condominiums
within Osaka City. Requests are accepted during a general consulting
session if and when the dispatch is deemed necessary.
