Future issues
The most significant issue for the project is to secure its funding and construction site. With regard to securing the construction site, it is necessary to consider the effective use of city-owned properties and/or the combined development with other public facilities to advance the development.

Expected effect

By promoting sports among citizens, sport-related events for the citizens will increase and will give a favorable influence on sport-related industries. It is also expected that providing working citizens with a place for sports and recreational activities will encourage their leisure activities and health improvement, which will eventually lead to the promotion of healthy economic activities.
