Promotion of Technical Exchanges within the Waterworks Bureau

The Waterworks Bureau regularly organizes meetings and publishes a technical journal to ensure that employees are well informed about the latest technical trends and other related knowledge, and encourage sharing of technical information among them.

Technical meeting

The Waterworks Bureau’s technical meeting aims to report research results internally. Held from time to time since March 20, 1950, the meeting serves as a venue to make presentations of various research findings and technical achievements to enhance employees Etechnical knowledge. The 186th meeting was held in April 2006. In recent years, waterworks personnel in neighboring cities have also been invited to participate in the meeting.

Contribution to Water Service Journal

“Water Service Journal, Ean internal magazine published by the Waterworks Bureau, encourages exchanges of technical information and knowledge among employees. Since 1949 when the first issue was published, this journal has been effectively used to promote research on water service management and technologies and to provide employees with guidance for enhanced service and work efficiency. The 149th issue was published in February 2006.
