In April 2006, the Waterworks Bureau devised a master plan as one of its action plans for waterworks management policy, entitled the “Osaka City Waterworks Grand Design. E/p>

The Osaka Waterworks Grand Design plan incorporates policies for issues ranging from current problems faced by the Bureau to long and mid-term issues, such as innovation in waterworks. Further, as we link the Grand Design with the Waterworks Bureau management policy as our “Regional Waterworks Vision, Ewe are working to ensure that the industry can continuously provide safe, quality drinking water, based on the Grand Design.
