In the above instances, contact our Customer Center by phone or fax.
Water service can be started or suspended also via the internet.
When making an inquiry or request, please have at hand the "chotei bango" (customer number) listed on a bill payment receipt or water use notice (suido shiyoryo no oshirase) for easier processing.
Your personal information is only used for water service billing services and is strictly controlled. This information will not be disclosed or made available to third parties other than contractors (including subcontractors) without your consent.

 

Request by Fax

Print the PDF file, fill out the necessary items, and send it by fax to the Customer Center (FAX: 06-6458-2100).
※Carefully check the fax number to ensure you do not send the form to the incorrect number.

Note: As these forms are for faxing to the Customer Center only, they will not be accepted at service offices or service stations.

 

Electronic Application Form for Starting or Suspending Water Service

(Caution)
or customers using Osaka City’s electronic application form who plan to begin or suspend water services on or after four business days following the day of your application (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays [December 29 to January 3]).
If you wish to begin or suspend your water services earlier than the above, apply by telephone to the Waterworks Bureau Customer Center.

You can apply for services via the Osaka City electronic form 24 hours a day. However, please be advised that the application service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons.
