Okuda residence the important cultural asset
@ 8-5, 1 cho-me, Kami Kurazukuri, Hirano-ku
[ Kami ] by JR  about 100m to the south
@The Okuda family was a village headman of Kurazukuri from ancient times. It is not known when the present residence was constructed but we are able to find the characteristics of the big farmhouse in the early years of the Edo era. There are few private houses as such in Osaka City constructed in those days. We are able to see the precious view of such residence by its building lot, the main building, rooms, the Nagaya gate and the barn.
