So , Suminoe Park was founded as the second urban park on October , the 6 th year of Showa , which has an area of about 15.1 hectares . There are enough facilities for sports to be called a park for sports �@The Osaka Gokokujinja shrine is situated next to the Park . It was founded on May , the 15 th year of Showa , which is dedicated to the Emperor Nintoku and the guardian spirits of the state who were born in Osaka and died fighting gloriously ever since the Meiji Restoration . The total number of about 360000 people worked for service to level the precincts.
