| In order to promote economic independence of mother-and-child and father-and-child families and enhance their motivation for living, 12 types of loan are provided: business commencement, business continuation, enrollment in a school, acquiring skills, training, employment preparation, enrollment preparation, living, housing, change of housing, health care, and marriage. |

Mothers of fatherless families, fathers of motherless families or their children (spouseless persons taking care of children under 20 years old and their children) |
