Child Raising Support Project

Background

Each ward has a “Child Raising Support Project” to promote local welfare activities. The project is aim to support child raising at home and child raising activities in their regions and provide opportunities for social interaction for parents with small babies, supporters and children attending school.
The Child Raising Support Project includes the following projects for supporting child raising families.

	・	Providing various kinds of information about child raising.
	・	Providing advice and activity places for child raising groups.
	・	Holding child raising support courses and parent-child events.
	・	Providing places where elementary school children can play freely and conduct club activities.
	・	Holding a “Gathering Place Project” event where parents with small babies can meet and play feely.
