We provide a child raising consultation service for parents who have a child aged 0 to 18. Please feel free to use our consultation service.

We offer courses to the public to increase people’s awareness of the significance of child raising and provide support for parents (Child Raising Support Seminars, Parent-child Interaction Program, Cooking Classes, etc.) as well as lectures and seminars on a variety of topics concerning child raising.

Child raising support information is provided through the “Iroiro” information magazine, leaflets, and our web site.

Center-sponsored courses train volunteers for child raising support. The volunteers help us to manage our business, such as with our temporary childcare service for users. Also, exchange meetings and study meetings are held on a regular basis. Mutual support activities are promoted among trainee volunteers to help local child raising.

This is a service in which people who need or want to provide help are registered as members so that they can support each other for raising children. Each ward has a branch office.

In order to make the center worry-free for people with small babies, a temporary childcare service is provided with the cooperation of center officials who have childcare certificates and child raising support volunteers.

In order to meet the needs of parents who have small babies, a nursery room is opened when temporary childcare service is not available.

This is a service in which books and play equipment are rented to child raising groups and child raising supporting groups in Osaka City to encourage their activities.

Art shows, anniversary events and joint-hosting events are held to encourage people to use the center and provide opportunities for education regarding child raising. The center also works with other child raising support agencies and provides staff training for related bodies/ organizations.

A rest room for small babies, milk formula room, shower room, play sets and picture books are available. A temporary childcare service is provided when people use the center for seminars and consultations.

Rooms are used for various seminars and events. Audio-visual equipment, sound facilities and mobile stage equipment are available.

Cooking classes are held, e.g. “baby food cooking” and “parent-child snack cooking”.

Information is available on the web site and information magazines. You can see goods for rent in the rental section, named the “Iroiro renta corner”. On the wall of the corridor, paintings by children who live in Osaka City are displayed.

You can have consultations with pediatric doctors, child psychiatrists, clinical psychotherapists and lawyers.
