| The museum collection holds Nanban
(early Christian)articles from the era of
Momoyama and Edo left by the Christian deceased,
ancient documents and maps and so on. Among those articles, Nanban ceramics are especially precious pieces. It is rare in Japan that the museum was founded only by a single person named Kitamura Yoshiro. |
