The area of his residence was about 33,000 square meters from around here to Kitahama.
The interior decoration was magnificent furnished with glasswork in quantity.
Tastugoro the fifth was blamed of his luxurious life beyond his status and he was censured by the shogunate for being involved in a troublesome lawsuit. So he was confiscated all his property and fell into ruin in expulsion.
