イスラミックセンターで防災講話(2回目)を実施しました。

　第1回目は地震をテーマに防災講話をしました。2回目となる今回は令和7年8月2日は、台風についての講話をし、100名近くの方が参加しました。親子で参加している家族もおり、講義後は、ハラール認証の長期保存クッキーを子どもたちを中心に試食し、災害時避難所にもハラール認定の保存食があることを、紹介しました。

　イスラム教では1日5回のお祈りが習慣であり、災害は神からの試練とされ、災害の時も神が私たちを支えてくださると信じられています。地震などの災害に備える必要性を、意識していほとんどない信者も多いですが、こういった防災講話が災害に対する備えの大切に気づく機会になればと考えています。今後もより多くの方の命が助かるよう、防災意識の向上を目指して防災講座を開催していく予定です。

　西淀川区は、多文化共生を尊重し、すべての人にとってより安全で安心なコミュニティづくりに努めています。

The first session of our disaster preparedness lectures focused on the theme of earthquakes. For the second session, held on August 2, 2025 (Reiwa 7), we delivered a lecture about typhoons, which was attended by nearly 100 participants. Some families joined with their children. After the lecture, children in particular enjoyed a tasting of long shelf-life cookies with halal certification. We also introduced the fact that halal certified emergency food is available at evacuation centers during disasters.

In Islam, five daily prayers are customary. Disasters are considered trials from God, and it is believed that God supports us even in such times. While many followers may not be strongly aware of the need to prepare for disasters such as earthquakes, we hope that educational lectures like these will serve as an opportunity to recognize the importance of preparedness. We plan to continue holding disaster preparedness lectures in the future, aiming to increase disaster awareness and help save more lives.
