Apply between the 25th and the last day of each month.

The Mayor may identify certain blocks among those experiencing low rates of usage due to such factors as the distance from such blocks to the nearest stations as designated zones. Such designated zones shall charge reduced use fees (presently affecting 21 stations). Reduced rates are also offered to certain categories of persons, including the physically handicapped.
