Reduced rate system
Inquire with the facilities management office of the lot in which you are interested. You will be required to present identification at such time. Persons eligible for a reduced bicycle parking lot use rate (fixed term use / coupon tickets) are as follows:

Household receiving public assistance 1/2 Documentation verifying benefits issued by a welfare center or a reduced subway/city bus fare card. Limited to one person per household to which a reduced fare card or other such documentation has been issued.
Single-mother households 1/2 Documentation verifying benefits issued by a welfare center or a reduced subway/city bus fare card. Limited to one person per household to which a reduced fare card or other such documentation has been issued.
Seniors 1/2 Documentation verifying that individual is a resident senior. Must be a resident of Osaka City and not less than 65 years of age.
