Tempozan Ferry Landing
The Tempozan Ferry Landing is situated so as to link Chikko 3-chome, Minato-ku (Tempozan) to Sakurajima 3-chome, Konohana-ku. This route was established in 1905 as part of port promotion measures designed to enhance the prosperity of the Port of Osaka. As such, the original route called for ferries to stop at three docks - Chikko (Tempozan), Sakurajima, and Chikko-Daisanbashi. The switch to the current route was made in 1926.
  • 2-25 Chikko 3-chome, Minato-ku: Take the subway to Osakako Station; walk north for 10 minutes
  • 10-34 Sakurajima 3-chome, Konohana-ku: Take the JR Yumesaki Line to Sakurajima Station; walk southwest for 10 minutes
