| At Funamachi Ferry Landing, a ferry operates between Tsurumachi
1-chome and Funamachi 1-chome, Taisho-ku. There was a time from
the early fifties to the early sixties when the narrow width of
the river was used in order to bring the boat alongside the opposite
bank where a plank would then be placed into position to allow passengers
and bicycles to board and disembark. |

take a city bus bound for Tsurumachi 4-chome to Tsurumachi 1-chome;
walk south for 4 minutes

walk north for 4 minutes
